I know when I call Lindy, she will find me the resource I need quickly and not waste my time by thoroughly vetting candidates before she presents them to me. This is extremely valuable to me and Lindy far exceeds any of her competitors for this level of service.
From a pricing perspective, time is money. Lindy’s negotiation window on her rates is small, however I always find that the placement life-cycle from job description, agility and speed in identifying candidates, interview feedback loop, placement, and post-placement assessment process is fluid and does not waste my time. When I compare this to other searches I have done with other recruiters, the value of my time compared to the fee structure is balanced and fair. Lindy has come up with innovative fee arrangements for temporary to permanent placements which works well for both of us.
Having worked with Lindy while at large firms such as Robert Half through to starting her own company, there has been a continuity of service level, which comes down to Lindy’s work ethic, integrity and high standards. Having a ring side seat to watch Lindy overcome obstacles to decide to leave a larger, corporate environment to set up her own firm demonstrated to me her firm dedication and determination to do what is right for clients, individuals she is placing and ultimately for herself and her family.
